Cookie policy.
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by Hecto PMX, why they are used and how you can control optional analytics permission.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser for a website. Hecto PMX also uses browser-local or session storage for interface preferences and clearly identified Demo data. Those browser-storage records are not cookies, but they are described here because they serve related preference and product functions.
Necessary storage
The service may use the HTTP-only hectx_session cookie to maintain an authenticated API session and the first-party hecto_pmx_cookie_consent cookie to remember this consent version and your analytics choice for up to 12 months. Necessary storage cannot be disabled through this panel because the relevant session, security or preference feature would otherwise not operate.
Interface and Demo preferences
Local or session storage may remember theme selection, Real or Demo mode, Demo-only workflow state, local legal acknowledgement and a product-update email preference. Demo records remain on the current browser origin, are not evidence of a live account or transaction, and can be removed through browser controls.
Optional analytics
Analytics permission is denied by default. The current Hecto PMX interface does not load an analytics network script, advertising technology or cross-site personalization. If an approved analytics service is introduced, it must remain disabled until permission is granted and this policy is updated with the provider, cookies, purposes, retention and transfer details.
Your choices
You can accept optional analytics, keep only necessary storage or revise your selection at any time. Withdrawing analytics permission updates the application consent state and removes common same-origin analytics cookies if present. Browser controls can also delete cookies and local storage, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or preference persistence.
External services
Links to Hecto’s corporate website, documentation, X or Telegram open third-party destinations. Those services may use their own cookies after you leave Hecto PMX and are governed by their respective privacy and cookie notices.
Changes and contact
The consent version is renewed when material cookie practices change, causing the preference panel to appear again. Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to legal@hecto.inc. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
